OACC Awards

There’s still time to submit nominations for OACC’s 2013 awards for Excellence in Teaching and Outstanding Graduates.

Due to overwhelming requests, OACC has now extended the nomination deadline to March 15, 2013. We are accepting nominations via mail, courier, email, and fax.

We’ve also taken our members’ feedback into consideration and would like to clarify some of the awards details.

1. The OACC awards are not the same as the NACC awards. The OACC awards are yet another opportunity to recognize amazing people in the career college sector. If you have submitted a nomination for an NACC award, you may nominate the same individual for an OACC award.
2. There are 8 OACC award opportunities: one instructor award and seven graduate awards.
3. Award winners will be presented an award at a special ceremony at OACC’s annual conference at Caesars Windsor on May 30^th, 2013. Award winners will also take home a tablet and will be prominently featured, along with their career college, on OACC’s website and in the OACC newsletter.
